Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Manager / Business Executive to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and oversee day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring operational efficiency, and contributing to strategic decision-making. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management review. Implement cost-effective solutions to improve operational efficiency. 4. Team Leadership & Coordination (For Business Manager Role) Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of business executives and sales professionals. Allocate tasks, set performance goals, and monitor KPIs. Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and discuss strategies. Foster a positive, goal-oriented work environment. 5. Sales & Marketing Support Coordinate with the marketing team for digital campaigns, product launches, and promotions. Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and trade shows. Support sales executives in closing high-value deals. Ensure the effective positioning of the company’s products and services in the market. 6. Financial & Operational Management Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning. Monitor profitability, sales margins, and cost optimization. Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow. Prepare MIS reports and performance dashboards for management.Required Skills & Competencies1.
