Job Purpose The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing data preparing reports maintaining dashboards and supporting management with actionable insights The candidate should have strong Excel skills and knowledge of data management systems to streamline and automate reporting processes Key Responsibilities Collect compile and analyze data from various departments Generate daily weekly and monthly reports on business operations sales and performance metrics Design and maintain dashboards for management review Monitor and ensure data accuracy across systems Prepare presentations summaries and statistical reports as per business needs Assist in budget planning cost tracking and variance analysis Collaborate with different teams for timely and accurate data input Provide insights and data support for strategic decision-making Maintain records and documentation in a structured format Required Skills Qualifications Graduate in Commerce Statistics Computer Applications or related field B Com BCA BBA etc MBA preferred 1-3 years of experience in MIS or data analysis roles Advanced knowledge of MS Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Charts Macros etc Working knowledge of MS Office and basic ERP systems Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Desirable Experience with tools like Power BI Tableau or Google Sheets automation is a plus Familiarity with sales reporting expense tracking and administrative reporting formats Compensation As per industry standards and experience Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
