**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on business operations, sales, and performance metrics.
- Design and maintain dashboards for management review.
- Monitor and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Prepare presentations, summaries, and statistical reports as per business needs.
- Assist in budget planning, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with different teams for timely and accurate data input.
- Provide insights and data support for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain records and documentation in a structured format.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications, or related field (B.Com, BCA, BBA, etc.); MBA preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in MIS or data analysis roles.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros, etc.).
- Working knowledge of MS Office and basic ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Desirable**:

- Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Sheets automation is a plus.
- Familiarity with sales reporting, expense tracking, and administrative reporting formats.

**Compensation**:
As per industry standards and experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
