Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Accounting & Administrative Assistant to support our finance and operations teams. While the role will primarily focus on administrative responsibilities, a working knowledge of accounting will be a strong advantage. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in accounts who enjoys keeping things organized and running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support - Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation - Manage office correspondence, emails, and vendor coordination - Assist in scheduling meetings and handling travel arrangements - Support daily office operations and procurement tracking - Maintain inventory logs and order supplies as needed Accounting Support - Assist with data entry of financial transactions - Upload and organize expense reports, bills, and receipts - Follow up with vendors and clients on invoice status - Support reconciliation of accounts and petty cash handling - Liaise with external accountants and auditors when required Qualifications & Skills - 2–3 years of experience in an admin, accounts, or back-office role - Excellent Excel skills - Basic knowledge of accounting principles (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, or Excel) - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and email communication - Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field preferred What We Offer - Competitive salary of ₹30-50,000/month commensurate with experience - A supportive and professional work environment - Learning opportunities in finance, compliance, and operations - Opportunity to grow within the organization
