Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team full-time at Chandapura. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, conducting site visits, presenting project features, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Key Responsibilities - Generate and follow up on leads through various channels. - Present project details, pricing, and amenities to prospective clients. - Conduct site visits and deliver engaging project walkthroughs. - Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction. - Track market trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or similar field. - Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Languages: Fluency in Kannada, English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred. - Graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or any discipline (preferred). - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage. - Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
