In this role, you will work closely with enterprise customers to implement and customize the Moveworks platform, delivering AI-powered solutions that transform employee experiences. Responsibilities As a Technical Consultant: - You will learn the ins-and-outs of the Moveworks platform (on-the-job training) - Work on new Moveworks implementations for customers (greenfield projects) - Build AI agents on the Moveworks platform (brownfield projects) - Utilise your software development skills to help enhance 89 Solutions product portfolio - Work closely with international colleagues and customers - Have fun along the way Qualifications - Required Experience – Graduate to 3 years - Bachelor's or Masters in Computer Science or similar areas - Excellent back-end software development experience in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, Golang) - Experience with APIs and integrations - - Understanding of API technologies (REST, SOAP) and authentication mechanisms (e.g. OAuth2, JWT) - Understanding of JSON & XML - Experience using API tools like Postman or Insomnia - Excellent written and communication skills - Good technical documentation skills - Analytical thinker and good problem-solving skills - General understanding of AI technologies and terminologies Bonus Points - Prior experience working in a consulting or professional services company - Development experience on at least one cloud platform – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (GCP) - Experience building integrations with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP suite, Coupa, Ariba, Oracle etc. - Open-source software contributions or personal/hobby software projects
