Role & Responsibility: Conduct web research on emerging trends, use cases, and technology offerings in Cloud, Dev Ops, Data, ML, Io T, and Digital Engineering . Work with solution architects and tech leads to create pre-sales collateral (case studies, white papers, solution blueprints, etc.). Understand business and technical requirements from clients and provide strategic consultation. Develop technical architecture documentation that aligns with major business and technical needs. Prepare and deliver pre-sales solution presentations to customers. Support marketing initiatives like webinars and lead-generation activities. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar consulting role. Strong expertise in pre-sales, consultation, and technical content creation . Excellent communication, analytical, and web research skills . In-depth knowledge of cloud and digital technology services . Experience in writing marketing collaterals beyond project requirement documents. Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or equivalent field .
