Job Description Summary Position Summary Human Capital Our Human Capital team helps Deloitte client service teams support value creation through people's performance. We guide teams in reimagining work, the workforce, and the workplace across the enterprise, and help in transforming HR functions with AI and emerging technology. With the rapid pace of change in today's world, you will help provide insights and enable delivery to address questions such as: How do organizations access, develop, and motivate their workforce What should the AI strategy be for the HR function Do they have the right organization and culture to enable performance Join our team to help make work better for humans and humans better at work. As a part of the Human Capital team, you will be collaborating with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and execute those through technology enabled transformation. We support our clients organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience. Open Positions: We are hiring across multiple skills for HR Strategy &Technology (erstwhile HRT), Insights, Innovation & Operate (erstwhile HCaaS) and Organization, Workforce & Change (erstwhile OT and WT) - Instructional Design, Change Management - Workforce Strategy - Compensation Strategies - Actuarial Life, Health, Retirement, P&C - ERP: Implementation/Support Oracle Fusion, Workday, SAP/ SF, ServiceNow - Workforce Management UKG WFM (Dimensions + Boomi) - Java Full Stack - Project Management General Responsibilities: - Prepare and execute discovery sessions with the client to understand, determine and document the as-is processes and perform a fit/gap analysis around the value-add solutions we provide - Discuss with the client on their business processes, operations, applications and provide effective strategies to help them maximize their investment and optimal utilization of their resources - Configure the applications as per the requirements, document the configurations, create design documents for potential integrations - Execute data conversion activities that include: Data cleansing, transformation, load and creating data validation/reconciliation reports - Create and execute test scripts with relevant stakeholders to verify and validate the implemented application for client's requirement conformance - Contribute on tasks that span across the various project phases of Initiation, Blueprinting, realization, testing and support - Continually track data points to report deliverable statuses with project leadership - Work in project teams comprising of members across geographies (India, US and Global) - Gather information through research and conduct analysis - Derive insights and develop client recommendations - Collaborate with subject matter experts to design client solutions - Communicate and present to external and internal client as required - Develop/Storyboard deliverables that involve working on: - Business case development for shared services and outsourcing - HR process reengineering and documentation - Implementing HR shared services - HR organization structure and sizing - Participate in practice development and internal activities Qualifications Required - Any Bachelors/Masters degree Location: - Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata Our purpose Deloitte's purpose is to make an impact that matters for our people, clients, and communities.
