- Acquire customers as per business plan
- Acquire and upgrade knowledge on filling up KYC/new products/processes
- Update status of leads on Lead management system regularly
- Conduct sales promotion activities regularly
- Activation of clients
- Seek references from customers/prospects

- New Client Acquisition
- Daily client visits
- Mapping local clients in the area
- Driving Sales and maintaining a high level of cross-sell & revenue generation
- Equities & Currency, Commodities
- Third party product Sales
- Client Service and relationship management
- Maintaining Customer Relationship
- Tapping New Business Avenues
- Portfolio Management
- Sales Reporting to immediate manager on daily basis.
**Technical & Behavioural Competencies**:
- Basic knowledge of computer, MS-Office
- Presentation skills

- Good communication skills (Both written & oral)
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Adaptability
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience in direct selling any financial product from open market.
- Able to make good network in HNI / UHNI customer segment
- Know and able to work on different methods of Sales like Cold Calling, Networking, Group Presentation etc.
