
Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing BPO business opportunities, coordinating business generation activities
- Generate new business (to get BPO processes), building business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Use networks and online research, identify and qualify new sales leads.
- Use telephone, email, and social media to build and maintain strong connections with new and existing partners
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
- Cold calling, making multiple outbound calls to potential clients, closing sales and working with the client till the closing of process
- Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments and meeting/ exceeding annual sales goals
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
What will contribute to your success:
- Graduate/ Postgraduate with experience of Sales, Business Development
- Robust sales experience will be an added advantage
- Expert in the companys products and be able to sell them successfully in any situation
- Able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the companys industry and markets
- Passion for growing businesses
- Excellent communication skills
