Senior Business Development Manager – US Recruitment/Staffing We’re expanding our US executive search and staffing presence and hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth across North America. You’ll own new client acquisition, build strong commercial relationships and partner closely with our delivery teams in India to close high value staffing engagements. Ideal for a hunter mentality who loves winning and thrives in a performance driven environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead end to end BD for US staffing and/or permanent recruitment services • Prospect, pitch and convert mid to enterprise clients across tech and/or non tech sectors • Build strong partnerships with hiring decision makers and talent leaders • Collaborate with sourcing teams to ensure smooth delivery and client success • Meet revenue targets and track progress through CRM • Represent Recfront as a trusted talent advisor in the US market What You Bring • 4–8 years of BD experience in US recruitment or staff augmentation • Hunter mindset with proven success generating and closing new business • Experience in top tier executive search or leading staffing firms • Strong negotiation, commercial understanding and client management • Confident communicator with strong relationship building skills • Comfortable working in remote US aligned shifts Location Remote, US time zone alignment Compensation Competitive base plus a performance based incentive structure that’s among the strongest in the US staffing market If you’re driven by revenue success and excited to build a strong US book of business, we’d love to connect.
