Designation Senior Executive- Human Resource Location Hyderabad Role Type Individual Contributor Scope Managing the entire retail segment of the region Responsibilities - 1 Recruitment and Onboarding Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements screening resumes and coordinating interviews Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems 2 Employee Relations Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues Support the resolution of employee grievances and disciplinary matters Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives 3 HR Administration Prepare and maintain HR documents such as employment contracts and employee handbooks Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Manage employee attendance leave records and payroll coordination 4 Performance Management Assist in the performance appraisal process and employee development programs Support managers in identifying training needs and coordinating relevant training sessions 5 Compensation and Benefits Provide information and support regarding compensation and benefits programs Assist in conducting salary reviews and benchmarking 6 HR Reporting and Metrics Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement Ideal Candidate Profile Experience Minimum 3-4 years in a Retail HR role with at least 3 years in store hiring Skills Strong project management attrition management employee engagement skills and driving initiatives from concept to execution 0-1 Attributes Proactive self-driven and capable of managing responsibilities independently Flexibility Comfortable with store visits and travel as required
