We are seeking applications for the position of Team Leader for PMC Service for Property Development & Miscellaneous Works in Southern Region. Missions/Main Duties: - Project Management & Leadership - Lead, manage, and coordinate all project activities from inception to completion. - Develop project execution strategies, schedules, and management plans aligned with client requirements. - Supervise multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and quality. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet targets. - Stakeholder & Client Management - Serve as the main interface with the client, government authorities, contractors, consultants, and internal teams. - Prepare, attend, and lead project meetings, presentations, and progress reviews. - Address and resolve project-related issues promptly and efficiently. - Technical Oversight - Ensure all technical aspects meet international and local standards, contractual requirements, and best practices. - Oversee design reviews, value engineering, and technical submittals. - Coordinate and ensure integration among all technical disciplines (Civil, Systems, MEP, Signaling, Rolling Stock, etc.). - Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) - Enforce QHSE policies and standards across all project activities. - Oversee risk management processes and ensure effective mitigation strategies. - Drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. - Reporting & Documentation - Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project status, risks, issues, and achievements to senior management and stakeholders. - Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records. - Resource Management - Identify project resource needs and manage allocation to optimize performance. - Mentor and develop project staff, fostering teamwork and professional growth. Profile/Skills: - Master’s degree in civil engineering / construction management. - Graduate in Civil Engineering / or Equivalent. - Having more than 20 years of experience. - Excellent written and oral English communication skills. - Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences. - Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices. - Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority - Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decision and be a good troubleshooter. : We commit to put people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency.
