Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role of Sales Business Development Manager located in Lucknow, with the flexibility of some work-from-home days. The selected candidate will lead and execute sales strategies, identify and reach out to potential clients, and build long-term business relationships. Additional responsibilities include creating detailed business development plans, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and tracking sales performance. The role also demands staying updated on market trends to ensure business growth and competitiveness in the industry. Qualifications - Strong expertise in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategies - Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills - Excellent ability in Market Research and Strategic Planning - Experience in Team Collaboration and Leadership - Familiarity with Digital Marketing and eCommerce industry trends - Ability to analyze sales data and generate insightful reports - Prior experience in API or digital solutions sales is advantageous - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
