Job Description Job Title: Agentic Architect Location: PAN India Experience: 15+ Years Role Overview We are seeking a visionary Agentic Architect to lead the design and deployment of AgenticAI-powered enterprise architectures across Concept to Commercialization (C2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Record to Analyze (R2A) blueprint domains. This role is pivotal in enabling autonomous, intelligent systems that drive enterprise agility, operational scalability, and financial accuracy. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in AgenticAI, LLM orchestration, and enterprise architecture with practical experience in blueprint-driven digital transformation. Key Responsibilities - Enterprise Architecture & Blueprint Implementation - Architect and implement AgenticAI frameworks aligned with C2C, P2P, and R2A transformation objectives. - Design modular, scalable, and secure agentic systems integrated with ERP, procurement, and finance platforms. - Collaborate with blueprint owners, product teams, and engineering to ensure blueprint fidelity and architectural integrity. - AgenticAI Design & Deployment - Lead the development of multi-agent systems for autonomous process execution, exception handling, and decision support. - Utilize platforms such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom orchestration layers to build intelligent agent networks. - Ensure AI governance, explainability, and enterprise risk compliance in all deployments. - Innovation & Enablement - Drive innovation in agentic workflows across product lifecycle, procurement orchestration, and financial close processes. - Partner with business and IT stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases and accelerate blueprint adoption. - Mentor architects and engineering teams on agentic design principles, reusable patterns, and best practices. Required Qualifications - 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, AI systems design, or digital transformation. - Deep expertise in AgenticAI, LLM orchestration, and autonomous agent frameworks. - Proven experience in architecting solutions across C2C, P2P, and R2A domains. - Strong understanding of blueprint methodologies, especially BP_IFAO frameworks. - Proficiency in cloud-native architectures, API ecosystems, and AI/ML technology stacks. Preferred Skills - Hands-on experience with LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAgents, or CrewAI. - Certifications in Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF, Zachman) or AI/ML. - Exposure to digital twin modeling, agent simulation, or AI safety frameworks. Soft Skills & Attributes - Strategic thinker with ability to translate business needs into technical architecture. - Strong mentoring and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Passion for innovative AI solutions and enterprise transformation.
