- Min 3 years of proven field experience in sales, painting, or team management and related fields.
- Prior experience in team handling or on-site execution preferred
- Must own a bike and have a valid drivers license (Mandatory)
- Must provide an experience letter and the latest salary slips
- Notice Period: 0 to 7 days (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Job Overview:

We are hiring Painting Team Leaders to manage both sales activities and on-site painting operations. This is a split-shift role.

- First half of the day:Field visits to customers for sales discussions, requirement understanding, site measurements, and cost estimations
- Second half of the day:Supervision of the on-site painting team, task allocation, quality checks, and client coordination

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct customer visits to understand painting requirements
- Take accurate measurements and recommend suitable paint types, colors, and quantities
- Provide estimates, explain the process, and help close deals
- Supervise the painting team during project execution
- Allocate tasks and ensure quality and timely completion
- Maintain daily records of site visits, team progress, and customer feedback
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle on-site concerns

Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong field sales and team management experience
- Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to calculate area measurements and suggest suitable painting solutions
- Knowledge of paint products and their applications is an advantage
- Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated
- Willing to travel within assigned areas of Chennai
