- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline regulations, travel advisories, and fare structures.
- Assist in preparing travel itineraries and documentation.
- Resolve any travel-related issues or customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget guidelines.
- Work closely with other departments to coordinate seamless travel arrangements.
- This position requires working from Mumbai or Lonavala locations.
