- Handle air ticketing and travel bookings for clients and company staff efficiently.
- Coordinate with airlines, travel agents, and customers to secure the best travel options and fares.
- Manage ticket issuance, cancellations, changes, and refunds as per company policies.
- Provide timely and accurate information on flight schedules, availability, and fare rules.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline regulations, travel advisories, and fare structures.
- Assist in preparing travel itineraries and documentation.
- Resolve any travel-related issues or customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget guidelines.
- Work closely with other departments to coordinate seamless travel arrangements.
- This position requires working from Mumbai or Lonavala locations.
