Where You'll Come In We're looking for an Senior Resource Allocation Specialist to oversee the People Excellence and Delivery Excellence of our team in India. They collaborate with other management personnel, operations and HR teams, and Practices to ensure our India team is well set up to provide excellent service to our clients. What You'll Do - People/Talent Management to include performance reviews, one-on-ones, training & development, performance improvements, retention initiatives, administrative tasks, and support for our recruiting team in Talent Acquisition - Support Practice Directors through the project placement, onboarding, internal projects, promotion recommendations, and support of initiatives for their teams - Support key relationships and partnerships for operations and delivery (examples include sourcing organizations, contracted HR, book keeping, etc.) - Promoting a team culture that aligns with Tensure's values, behaviors, and norms - Execute as a change agent to facilitate and coach initiatives, ensuring employees, teams, and leadership is aligned - Advocates on behalf of team members by securing adequate resources for success - Establish and enforce delivery excellence to our clients by leveraging our existing policies, processes, and frameworks and by recommending improvements and changes - Evaluate results within the business unit to determine if organizational objectives are being met - Collaborate with HR to ensure employee engagement gifts are provided for celebrations and support (e.g. birthdays, weddings, baby, loss of a loved one, significant life events, etc.) - Collaborate with HR to ensure successful employee onboarding - Collaborate with HR to ensure team events, such as monthly lunches and quarterly outings do not conflict with client activities Requirements - Bachelor's degree in relevant field required - 1-2 years relevant work experience in consulting or professional services - 3-5 years management experience - Thorough understanding of professional services consulting in technology. - Strong people management and servant-leader skills. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
