We are seeking highly specialised Independent Consultants/Contractors to partner with our Engineering and IT Divisions to accelerate delivery across our US, UK, Australia & Canada Markets. projects.

Global Consultant Roles and Expertise Required

Spandsons Horizon Engineering is seeking highly specialised Independent Consultants/Contractors to support our expansion in the US, UAE, and Canadian markets, focusing on the intersection of advanced engineering and digital transformation.

1. BIM/VDC Automation Consultants: We require proven expertise in implementing BIM-to-Field solutions and automating complex geometry and data extraction workflows. Candidates must be proficient in scripting tools such as Dynamo, Python, or proprietary AEC automation platforms. This is a Global/Remote role.
2. Telecom Structural Consultants (Automated Design): Seeking experts with 5+ years of experience in communication Tower Analysis (especially using RISA 3D). A strong focus on process automation for design modifications, compliance checks, and report generation is essential. This role targets the US Market Focus.
3. Civil Infrastructure Consultants (Digital Twins/AI): We are looking for specialists with deep expertise in Civil 3D Modelling and the integration of IoT/Digital Twin data for real-time monitoring and strategic planning of Smart City or large-scale linear infrastructure projects. This role targets the UAE/Canada Focus.
4. AI/IT Strategy Advisory (Engineering): We need strategic consultants with a background in engineering who can offer CIO/CTO-as-a-Service advisory. Key areas include defining roadmaps for AI product implementation and enhancing infrastructure security within engineering organisations. This is a Global/Remote role.
5. Global Business Development Consultants: We require experienced professionals with a proven track record of generating leads and securing high-value contracts for BIM, VDC, and Digital Transformation services within the AEC and Telecommunication sectors across the US, UK,Australia & Canada Markets.
