Business Head – Global Capability Center

A fast-growing BPM organization is launching a new Global Capability Center (GCC) practice and is looking for a dynamic leader to build and scale this business from the ground up. Location: Noida (Delhi NCR) Role Level: Business Head – GCC Key Responsibilities: - Lead the full P&L of the GCC business (revenue + profitability). - Bring international clients who want to set up their back-office, tech, or shared services in India. - Set up new delivery centers — choosing location, hiring people, ensuring infrastructure, compliance, and smooth transition. - Work with multiple partners like real estate, HR, legal, and technology players to make the setup happen. - Drive the entire project end-to-end — from pitching to clients → onboarding → execution → operations. Ideal Candidate: - Have deep experience in GCC setup / shared services / BPM transitions. - Be well-connected in the industry. - Be comfortable building the practice from zero, initially working as an individual contributor. - Negotiate with global CXOs and manage large-scale operations. - 15–22 years in GCC setup, shared services, BPM/BPO transitions, or India entry consulting. - Strong experience with Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) models. - Ability to build a new business from scratch. - Excellent client relationship, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Background in BPM, consulting, or shared services preferred.
