Job Description Job Title: Influencer Marketing Associate Location: Noida (On-site) Experience: 12 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and creative Influencer Marketing Associate to support our influencer campaigns across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will help identify relevant influencers, manage collaborations, and track campaign performance to drive brand awareness and engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Research, identify, and onboard influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn - Coordinate with influencers for content creation, timelines, and deliverables - Manage influencer communication, contracts, and follow-ups - Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns - Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports (reach, engagement, ROI) - Ensure brand guidelines and messaging are followed in influencer content - Stay updated on social media trends and emerging influencers - Support the marketing team with campaign ideation and execution Requirements & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field - 12 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing - Strong communication and coordination skills - Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and influencer ecosystems - Basic understanding of influencer metrics (reach, engagement, impressions) - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns - Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets is a plus Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience working with influencers or agencies - Knowledge of influencer marketing tools/platforms (optional) - Passion for social media, content, and digital trends What We Offer: - Opportunity to work with growing brands and creators - Hands-on experience in influencer marketing campaigns - Collaborative and fast-paced work environment - Career growth and learning opportunities
