About the Role For our locations in Gurgaon, India, we are looking for an experienced personality as Service Coordinator (Gurgaon) Your remit - Coordinate all planned and unplanned service activities with the technician team. - Organize and schedule service operations to ensure timely execution. - Ensure all required materials (spare parts, wear parts, and special tools) are shipped, prepared, and available on-site before service activities. - Monitor the current capacity of the local service organization and maintain the service backlog. - Manage service scheduling and dispatching. - Maintain clear and professional communication with customers. - Handle work order creation, tracking, and closure. - Align technician schedules, tools, and resources for efficient service delivery. - Resolve service-related issues and escalate when necessary. - Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of service activities. - Support machine installations, commissioning, and demonstrations. - Train customers and operators on machine usage and preventive maintenance. - Follow up on payments and spare part orders. - Submit timely reports as required. Your profile - Graduate in Engineering - 2-8 years experience in a similar role - Should possess good communication skills. - High level of customer orientation, resilience, and teamwork - This role is not on Komax payroll. It will be through a third-party vendor.
