Internship Role We are looking for enthusiastic Pooja Services Coordinator Interns (Hindi) to join our Gurugram team for a 4-month paid, on-site internship. As an intern, you will assist in the end-to-end coordination of puja services, work closely with devotees and pandits, and gain hands-on experience in operations, customer service, and cultural service management. High-performing interns will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) at the end of the internship. Key Responsibilities - Assist in coordinating and scheduling puja services from booking to completion - Communicate with customers and pandits in Hindi and English to ensure smooth service delivery - Support in resolving customer queries and service-related issues - Help manage daily operational tasks and booking workflows - Ensure puja services follow cultural, ritual, and quality standards - Maintain accurate records and coordination details using internal systems Eligibility & Qualifications - Graduate / Final-year student / Recent graduate (preferred) - Fluency in Hindi and English (mandatory) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Interest in operations, customer service, or service coordination - Basic understanding of Hindu rituals is a plus (training will be provided) - Comfortable using technology, WhatsApp, phone calls, and office applications - Ability to work on-site and collaborate within a team environment What You'll Gain - Hands-on experience in a fast-growing faith-tech platform - Exposure to real-time service operations and customer management - Training in puja coordination, client handling, and process management - Paid internship certificate upon successful completion - PPO opportunity based on performance and business requirements
