services Key ResponsibilitiesLead the enhancement and support of Workday modules covering HR Core Absence Recruiting Learning Talent Performance Compensation Advanced Compensation and Custom ReportsConduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Workday configurations solutions Design and configure Workday business processes security and reporting to meet the business requirements Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of Workday solutions Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Workday with other enterprise systems Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify areas where Workday can be customized to meet client-specific requirements Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and functionality of Workday configurations Facilitate training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of Workday features Provide ongoing support a Workday Sr Functional Consultant Strong understanding of multiple Workday modules HR Core Absence Recruiting Learning Talent Performance Compensation Advanced Compensation and Custom Reports Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience with business process configuration requirements gathering fit-gap analysis testing and validation end-user training and troubleshooting and support Preferred Technical and Professional ExperienceBachelors degree in information technology Human Resources or a related field Workday Pro CertificationsExperience with Workday integrations and reporting Knowledge of industry best practices for Workday implementations
