Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–10 years of experience in the HR technology ecosystem, with a focus on Workday.
  • Proven expertise in Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Reporting, and Integrations.
  • Strong understanding of business process redesign principles and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including business users, technical teams, and executives.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-driven with a growth mindset and passion for learning and sharing knowledge.
