Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Record to Report
In this role, we are looking for an accounting graduate with prior accounting experience and should have advised a team size of 50 people. In this role, you will be encouraged to work on deadlines, in a fairly high pressure business environment while being a standout colleague.
Prior Record to Report Operations experience in the ITES Industry with driving transformation / projects experience / Robotic implementation experience will be preferred
Responsibilities
.Collaborate with the team to ensure all month-end activities are completed accurately and on time, meeting the agreed critical metrics and SLA targets.
.Implement effective processes and controls to ensure the highest quality of work and compliance with accounting standards.
.Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the month-end close process to minimize disruption and ensure the smooth execution of tasks.
.Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the team%27s performance.
.Work closely with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and support, ensuring successful audits and maintaining a high level of compliance.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
.CA / CMA Qualified (With B.Com at Graduation level)
.Relevant work experience
Preferred qualifications
.Relevant work experience in General Ledger
.Very good written and verbal communication skills
.Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
.Good analytical and problem solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions
