THE ROLE

As a Campaign Manager you will be leading our consumer-facing marketing campaigns at MPOWER. Were looking for a creative and results-driven Campaign Manager to lead our consumer-facing marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone whos excited to blend purpose with performancebringing bold ideas to life while advancing a meaningful mission. Youll have the opportunity to craft campaigns from the ground up, tell stories that connect deeply with international students, and work alongside a passionate, collaborative team. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to

- Planning and launching integrated B2C marketing campaigns that increase awareness, deepen engagement, and drive student loan applications.
- Partnering with internal teams and regional experts to craft messaging that is culturally relevant and aligned with our brand voice across email, paid media, social, influencer, and other channels.
- Managing timelines, creative briefs, and assets to ensure seamless coordination and campaign delivery from start to finish.
- Using data and analytics to measure campaign performance, uncover insights, and continuously refine strategy for better results.
- Bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table and testing new approaches to expand reach and inspire action among international students.

The Qualifications

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 5 to 7 years of experience leading B2C marketing campaigns, preferably in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Analytics, email, paid ads, SEO/SEM, and social platforms.
- Great storytelling and content skills, with an eye for what resonates with different audiences.
- Confident with marketing data and comfortable using analytics to make decisions.
- Experience working with international audiences or running global campaigns is a big plus.
- Genuine passion for expanding access to education and making a positive social impact.

A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple time zones and sites

In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast-growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload and tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
