We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Campaign Operations Manager to join our marketing team.
This role is perfect for a digital marketing professional with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in campaign management, analytics, and cross-platform execution.
You'll be responsible for orchestrating multi-channel marketing campaigns, optimizing performance across digital platforms, and delivering actionable insights that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management & Execution Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Linked In, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant channels Set up campaign structures, audience targeting, ad creative testing, and budget allocation strategies Monitor campaign performance in real-time and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI and KPIs Coordinate campaign launches, ensuring proper tracking implementation and quality assurance Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives Platform & Tool Management Operate and maintain marketing technology stack including Hub Spot, Clever Tap, Zoho, and Google Ads Manager Configure automation workflows, lead scoring models, and customer journey mapping Ensure proper integration and data flow between marketing platforms and CRM systems Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT teams for platform optimization Analytics & Reporting Create comprehensive campaign performance reports using Excel and platform-native analytics tools Develop dashboards and automated reporting systems to track key metrics and campaign effectiveness Analyze customer behavior, conversion funnels, and attribution models across multiple touchpoints Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, translating data into actionable business strategies Conduct A/B tests and statistical analysis to optimize campaign elements and improve performance Strategy & Optimization Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives Identify opportunities for campaign improvement through data analysis and market research Stay updated on platform changes, new features, and industry best practices Support budget planning and allocation decisions based on historical performance data Required Qualifications: Experience & Skills 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing operations, campaign management, or similar role Proven experience setting up and managing campaigns on Linked In Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Hub Spot, Clever Tap, Zoho) Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights Proficient in Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Linked In Campaign Manager Knowledge of UTM parameters, pixel implementation, and cross-platform tracking Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or Java Script is a plus Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly Problem-solving attitude with proactive approach to challenges Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Team collaboration skills and cross-functional project management experience Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or Hub Spot certifications Experience with additional marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, or Adobe Analytics Knowledge of marketing automation and lead nurturing strategies Previous experience in B2 B or Saa S marketing environments
