Our journey so far:

Jupiter was founded in 2019 by Jitendra Gupta. Best known as Citrus Pays founder, Jiten found himself wondering why personal finance experiences were not customer-centric when everything else like food ordering and entertainment were. Thats how our journey began in 2019, with a simple, powerful idea : to create a modern, customer-centric experience that empowers individuals when it comes to their money.

From our humble beginnings, we&aposve strived relentlessly to make managing money easier. In 2021 when we launched we had a waitlist with over 100,000 people eager to experience the world of Jupiter - and within 10 months we crossed 1 million users. Today, we have 2.8 million + happy users on Jupiter.

Our Insights feature today tells how much and where youve been spending automatically, even on your other savings accounts Our Edge CSB Bank RuPay credit card is getting a lot of love for its head-turning transparent design, not to mention it being a rewarding experience. Our No-Penalty SIP and Daily SIP at Rs 10/- has helped scale our investments business and we have over 100,000 users investing on our platform to fulfill their money aspirations.

Who we&aposre looking for :

Were seeking a Performance Marketing Associate / Associate Manager to drive user acquisition and engagement through paid digital channels. If youre passionate about performance marketing, data-driven decision-making, and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact, this role is for you Depending on experience, you will either be leading execution or owning end-to-end campaign strategy.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, set up, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta, Programmatic, and other acquisition channels.
- Budget & Performance Management: Allocate and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and improve CAC efficiency.
- Data & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and internal tools, generating insights to improve KPIs.
- Experimentation & Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the Product, Brand, Content, and Design teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Reporting & Insights: Track performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to growth and efficiency.

What is needed for this role:

- 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing (brand or agency) depending on the role level.
- Hands-on expertise in running and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliates & Programmatic channels
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and campaign tracking tools.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate them into actionable marketing insights.
- Experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Bonus: Prior experience in FinTech, startups, or e-commerce growth marketing.
- High ownership mindsetproactive problem solver who takes initiative and executes efficiently.
