We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting & Payroll Specialist to support our Financial Controller and Finance team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, trustworthy, and able to manage a variety of administrative and financial support tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring that our finance operations run smoothly, deadlines are met, and all financial records remain accurate and up to date. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Financial Controller with day-to-day administrative and financial tasks. - Prepare, organize, and maintain financial documents and records. - Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliations. - Track and categorize company expenses and ensure proper documentation. - Help prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments. - Assist in compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Support payroll preparation by gathering and verifying information. - Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders regarding financial queries. - Organize and maintain digital filing systems for financial documentation. - Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks to support the finance team.
