Job Description Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Scrum Master and Business Analyst In this role, we are looking for a proactive Scrum Master who can lead Agile delivery while also stepping in as a versatile Business Analyst when needed. The role demands strong communication, stakeholder alignment, and ownership of Agile ceremonies and Technical Change Management (TCM) processes. Ideal for self-driven individuals who thrive in cross-functional, fast-paced environments. Responsibilities - Lead Agile delivery for cross-functional teams by owning and driving agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. - Act as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst where required, independently contributing to both delivery execution and business analysis. - Liaise with the Product Owner (PO) to ensure clear communication of product goals, backlog prioritization, and delivery expectations. - Facilitate Transparent Communication across stakeholders by sharing weekly status updates and delivery reports. - Own and drive TCMs (Technical Change Management meetings), ensuring risks, changes, and. deployments are tracked and communicated effectively. - Maintain strong stakeholder engagement by aligning delivery milestones with business goals and resolving blockers efficiently. - Encourage continuous improvement by facilitating team retrospectives and implementing actionable insights. - Promote agile best practices and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. - Relevant years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile delivery lifecycle. - Demonstrated ability to independently manage teams and projects. - Experience working as a hybrid BA-SM (Business Analyst - Scrum Master). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience in stakeholder management, status reporting, and Agile governance. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills - Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certifications. - Experience in driving Technical Change Management (TCM) processes. - Prior experience in Agile transformation or coaching Agile teams. - Experience working in multi-team, cross-functional Agile setups. - Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools. - - - - -
