Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Development Manager located in Naugachia/Bhagalpur. The Development Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing effective sales strategies to enhance the company's growth. Daily tasks include managing and training sales teams, building relationships with customers and agents, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Development Manager will also be responsible for market analysis, setting sales targets, and providing reports to senior management. Qualifications - - Experience in sales management and team leadership - Strong customer relationship management and communication skills - Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies - Knowledge of market analysis and sales performance monitoring - Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for sales and marketing - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Experience in the insurance industry is a plus - Commitment to ethical standards and customer-first approach
