Responsibilities:- Implement dynamic and responsive Service Portal solutions and end user interfaces on the ServiceNow platform- Refine the standard for Service Portal implementations and evolve the technology stack to build modern and awesome user experiences for our customers- Configure and develop custom applications using ServiceNow platform and integrate with other systems.Requirements- Create mobile and web applications based on site maps, wireframes and visual designs using standards compliant JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3- Develop the portal, pages, widgets, and other components based on requirements- Experience with HTML, CSS, AngularJS, React JS, Bootstrap- Proficient in developing and integrating custom applications using ServiceNow Platform technology and tools.- 3 years of minimum experience in developing application in ServiceNow- Portal Scripting in Angular- Understanding of Angular based Client side & Server-side scripts- Client Side and Server-Side Scripting i.e., Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, etc.- Client and Server APIs i.e., GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, etc.- Hands-on experience in ITSM modules e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, Service Catalog, Release Management, Virtual Agent.- Ability to effectively manage your time across multiple projects- Experience with release/version upgrades including scheduling cloning and migration of data from instances with ServiceNow, Scripted Webservices, Client Side and Server-Side Scripting, Service Portal configuration- Experience interacting with REST API
