Job Title: Founding Employee – Lead Generation Head (Digital Marketing Startup) Location: Kochi (Hybrid) / Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Venture Type: New Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Startup About the Role We are launching a new-age Lead Generation–focused Digital Marketing startup and are seeking our first employee and core stakeholder. This role is designed for a professional who has built a business or vertical from zero to growth, taken ownership end-to-end, and understands how to convert strategy into revenue, scalable teams, and long-term client satisfaction. This is not a routine job. It is a foundational leadership role with high responsibility, autonomy, and growth potential.
