Lead Generation Specialist Opportunity in the US MarketLocation: Greater Noida West, India Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST (US Shift)Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Executive to join our team in the US region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in email marketing, outreach, and cold calling, with the ability to work independently to meet monthly lead-generation targets.Identify potential clients in the education and edtech space, including universities, tutoring companies, and online learning platforms.Generate qualified leads through targeted campaigns and telephonic follow-ups.Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements for higher conversion rates.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for:Researching and identifying potential clients in the education and edtech space.Generating qualified leads through targeted campaigns and telephonic follow-ups.Writing personalized outreach messages and tracking engagement through CRM tools.Maintaining a structured pipeline of prospects and ensuring smooth handover to the Sales team.Analyzing campaign performance and suggesting improvements for higher conversion rates.RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need:A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B lead generation for the US market.Strong understanding of email prospecting, sales navigator, and other equivalent tools.Proven experience in cold emailing and calling decision-makers (CXOs, heads of operations, or academic leaders).Excellent communication and writing skills with a professional US communication tone.BenefitsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a global team serving clients in the US education sector.
