Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a SaaS Sales - Cyber Security professional, based in Ghaziabad. The primary responsibilities of the role include driving sales efforts for the company’s SaaS-based cyber security solutions, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting customer needs assessments, and delivering product training. The role also involves developing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, and achieving sales targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications - Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs. - Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas. - Experience in delivering effective customer and team Training programs to optimize solution utilization and understanding. - Proficiency in understanding SaaS solutions and knowledge of cybersecurity technologies is a plus. - Ability to work collaboratively in team settings with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. - Relevant work experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector, is highly desirable. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
