Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Management: - Drive sales and achieve occupancy targets across assigned properties. - Create and implement market-specific sales plans and pricing strategies. - Track revenue performance and ensure adherence to established processes. Team Leadership & Training: - Lead, train, and motivate on-ground teams to achieve business objectives. - Monitor team performance and provide guidance to enhance productivity. Process & Standards Compliance: - Ensure seamless execution of central processes and standards at the cluster level. - Maintain alignment with company policies and operational guidelines. Market Strategy & Analysis: - Understand local market trends and competitor activities. - Recommend actionable strategies to increase market share and customer engagement. Desired Profile: - 4+ years of B2C/B2B sales and marketing experience (startup or hospitality preferred). - Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. - Strong understanding of the local market and customer behavior. - Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Proven track record in managing teams and achieving sales targets.
