Responsibilities: - Prepare accurate techno-commercial proposals for automation projects. - Coordinate with sales, engineering, and procurement teams for solution finalization. - Analyze RFQs and technical specifications to define scope and cost. - Evaluate vendor quotations and prepare cost comparisons. - Develop control system architecture and BOM for proposals. - Present solutions and clarify technical queries to customers. - Maintain enquiry registers, proposal documents, and CRM updates. - Support sales with technical presentations and pre-sales discussions. - Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow-up on opportunities. - Provide project handover documents and support during kick-off. Qualifications: - Must be an Engineering Graduate or Diploma in EEE, ECE and E&I - You have at least 4-6 years of Proposal experience in the automation industry - Must have good oral and written communication skills in English Knowledge & Skills: - Should have skills in reading and understanding the plant layout / P&ID and Technical Document. - Should have strong convincing skills & Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.. - Ability to understand customer processes and clearly explain solution benefits. - Should have desire and aspiration in learning new/updating process application - Hands on experience in using Desk Top tools, such as MS PPT, MS Excel, MS Word
