Creative Director - Learning Experience AI Innovation Onsite Noida India Applicants Only Noida India Full-time Onsite About the Role Are you a visionary creative leader ready to shape the future of learning experiences We re looking for a Creative Director - Learning Experience AI Innovation to reimagine how people learn through design storytelling and technology You ll lead a talented team of designers media specialists and learning experts to craft AI-powered human-centered experiences that make knowledge unforgettable In this full-time onsite role in Noida you ll play a pivotal part in defining our creative vision combining innovation artistry and emerging AI tools to produce award-winning digital learning for global clients What You ll Do Lead Creative AI Strategy Define and elevate the creative vision for learning experiences that engage inspire and drive measurable performance outcomes Design and deliver AI-enabled human-centered learning solutions across web video and immersive media Integrate next-gen tools like MidJourney Runway ChatGPT and Synthesia into creative workflows for smarter faster more compelling content Champion accessibility WCAG 2 1 and design excellence aligned with learning goals and client needs Lead ideation design sprints and rapid prototyping to foster experimentation and continuous innovation Inspire Develop Teams Mentor and coach a cross-functional creative team to embrace AI-first design practices and new ways of working Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and curiosity Lead change management initiatives to accelerate AI adoption and creative transformation across teams Partner Influence Collaborate with business leaders and global clients to define creative direction and deliver meaningful impact Present creative concepts and solutions with clarity confidence and influence Stay ahead of design AI and learning trends and proactively introduce innovative tools workflows and approaches What You Bring 10 years of creative leadership experience in digital agencies studios or eLearning organizations BFA MFA in Art or degree in Graphic Design Media or related field A portfolio showcasing conceptual strength storytelling and innovation in learning or experience design Mastery of Figma Adobe Creative Suite and AI design platforms Familiarity with rapid authoring tools Articulate Storyline 360 Rise 360 Captivate Lectora Experience with video production editing Premiere Pro After Effects Final Cut Pro Exposure to immersive media AR VR MR and AI-enhanced video tools Experience in learning design corporate training or educational media is highly preferred Why You ll Love This Role Shape the future of digital learning by blending creativity AI innovation and learning experience design to transform how global audiences grow and learn Collaborate with international clients and multidisciplinary teams on projects that inspire real impact Join a culture that values vision experimentation and continuous professional growth
