We are looking for an experienced Creative Director to provide our creative team with guidance and ideas to launch new impressive projects. You will devise the concepts and strategies for a particular venture and will monitor its progress. You will be able to implement your creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan in the activation vertical (BTL) that wants to make its way to the clients.

The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome for projects both visually and essentially to meet client expectations and drive our sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion.

  2. Collaborate with account executives to obtain knowledge of the client's requirements. Translate creative briefs into creative designs.

  3. Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters, etc. to help them use their talents effectively. Ability to pitch an idea or explain a campaign to the client.

  4. Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas. Commitment to deadlines.

  5. Visualize and design unique and well-crafted campaigns that meet clients' needs as well as our own

  6. Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals

Requirements & Skills:

  1. Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role

  2. Hand-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development

  3. Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, CorelDraw, (BTL), and brand communications.

  4. Outstanding leadership and organization skills

  5. Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities
