Creative Director Learning Experience Design Onsite Noida India Open to India-based candidates only Full-time FTE role 100 onsite in Noida regular office schedule Open to India-based candidates only About the Role We re seeking a Creative Director who thrives at the intersection of design AI media innovation and digital learning In this role you ll elevate our creative practice partner with global clients and build next-generation learning experiences powered by human-centered design and emerging AI tools You ll lead a talented team of media specialists designers and UX UI experts while defining the future of creative excellence in our organization Your work will shape high-impact programs for global brands and enterprise organizations delivering creative solutions at scale and visibility What You ll Lead Deliver Creative AI-Driven Strategy Conceive and deliver AI-enabled human-centered learning experiences across web video job aids and immersive media Integrate generative AI platforms MidJourney Runway ChatGPT Synthesia etc into creative workflows to elevate efficiency and creative impact Ensure all outputs are visually striking WCAG-aligned and grounded in instructional intent Lead design sprints ideation workshops and rapid prototyping to drive experimentation and innovation Leadership Change Management Inspire coach and uplift cross-functional teams Media UX UI Learning to embrace AI-forward smart-work practices Model a culture of accountability curiosity collaboration and continuous learning Lead change management initiatives that accelerate AI adoption across creative functions Facilitate constructive feedback knowledge sharing and skill-building across the team Business Client Engagement Partner with business stakeholders and clients to translate needs into creative value Present design concepts with clarity influence and executive presence across diverse global audiences Navigate a matrixed environment collaborating across geographies functions and reporting lines Stay ahead of design AI and learning trends proactively introducing new tools techniques and practices What You Bring BFA MFA in Art or Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Media or related field 10 years of creative leadership in agencies digital studios or eLearning organizations A portfolio showcasing conceptual strength media innovation and learning-focused design Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator After Effects InDesign plus AI design platforms Familiarity with rapid authoring tools Storyline 360 Rise 360 Captivate Lectora Experience with video production editing Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro Exposure to AR VR MR and AI-enhanced video generation tools Why Join Us You ll shape the future of digital learning by combining creativity storytelling and AI-powered design impacting global clients and redefining what next-generation learning can be Ready to Lead the Future of Creative Learning If you re a visionary leader who blends design mastery with AI-driven innovation we d love to meet you Apply now and help us create learning experiences that are bold modern and truly transformative
