Job Description Field Sales Executive Hearing Solutions is seeking a driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. If you excel at direct client engagement, have a passion for promoting products through field activities, and are fluent in both English and Hindi, we encourage you to apply Key Responsibilities - Conduct home visits to engage clients and effectively promote our products and services. - Travel regularly to promote targeted products and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. - Operate outside the office to pitch potential clients and maximize sales. - Participate actively in camp and promotional activities, focusing on campaign activities using physical materials like banners and pamphlets. - Identify and engage new clients while nurturing relationships with existing ones. - Arrange meetings with clients at their offices or homes to encourage purchases or subscriptions. - Aim to increase client walk-ins to the company's centers through direct engagement. - Perform all necessary fieldwork to achieve sales and engagement targets. Skills & Qualifications - Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi are required for effective client interaction. - A valid driver's license and a two-wheeler are essential for this field-based role. - Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills. - A results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales goals. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
