Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at our Kolkata store. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exquisite service to help them find the perfect piece of jewelry. Day-to-day tasks include managing inventory, maintaining the store's appearance, handling sales transactions, and participating in marketing activities to drive store traffic and sales. The role requires a proactive approach to building and maintaining customer relationships.

Qualifications

- Sales, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Knowledge of jewelry and gemstones
- Inventory Management and Merchandising skills
- Marketing and Promotional skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Previous experience in retail, especially in the jewelry sector, is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Retail Management or a related field is preferred
