Assistant Manager - Supply Ops Planning About the Team Swiggy Dineout is building India s largest dining out platform that processes more than 100M diners for its partner restaurants across its network for 21 000 restaurants in 34 cities and growing We are striving to augment our consumer promise of enabling unparalleled convenience by helping diners explore restaurants across all categories - from QSRs cafes casual dining premium fine dining and more and offer the widest range of offers on restaurant bills through easy payments on the app We are on a mission to change the way India dines out If you are a foodie and equally passionate to redefine the experience of dining out join our team to be a part of the Swiggy ride Dineout is present in 34 cities across India and we have partnerships with more than 21 000 restaurant partners where users can save up to 40 on their dining bills when they pay their restaurant bills using the dine out feature on the Swiggy app Key Responsibilities Lead and Execute Strategic Projects Drive end-to-end ownership of key business initiatives focused on growth efficiency and innovation Data-Driven Decision Making Use SQL and Excel to analyze large data sets identify trends and extract actionable insights to inform project direction and success Stakeholder Management Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including operations analytics product and business teams to align on goals and drive execution Performance Monitoring Develop and manage dashboards trackers and scorecards to monitor business KPIs and project impact Process Improvement Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization create and implement solutions for long-term scalability Reporting Communication Build and maintain regular reporting cadences for leadership and relevant stakeholders simplifying complex data into clear narratives Planning Reviews Conduct regular reviews of key performance metrics and adapt project plans based on insights and business needs Automation Efficiency Build or support the creation of self-serve reporting tools to reduce dependency and improve decision turnaround time Desired Skills Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business or a related field 3 years of experience in project management strategy business operations or analytics Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel mandatory Excellent communication planning and organizational skills Ability to work independently in fast-paced and ambiguous environments High ownership mindset with a focus on execution and outcomes Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus Strong analytical thinking with a passion for solving real business problems
