JOB DESCRIPTION :
The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.
The ideal experience map
- Current/recent experience in project management tools like Jira, Asana and Airtable (essential).
- Proven experience managing end-to-end project execution, including planning, task management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience working with cross-functional design and development teams on web-based projects, with a solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Hands-on familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Contentful, or similar tools in managing and tracking web content delivery.
- Strong expertise in cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment between various teams and departments.
- Familiarity with best practices in task prioritization, workflow optimization, and risk management.
- Experience facilitating meetings, documenting outcomes, and tracking actionable items to completion.
- Ability to ensure project requirements are met while following best practices in project governance, reporting, and communication.

PMO Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day project activities, including planning, task assignments, and tracking deliverables to meet timelines.
- Work closely with web development and content teams to align CMS updates, custom page builds, and design requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of website enhancements and maintenance projects involving tools like WordPress, Contentful, or similar CMS platforms.
- Proficiency in Asana and Airtable to monitor project progress, assign tasks, and manage dependencies.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings; take detailed notes, prepare meeting summaries, and track follow-ups to ensure project momentum.
- Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and risk registers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are on track and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Conduct risk and issue management, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of project bottlenecks.
- Assist in developing and standardizing project management processes, templates, and best practices across teams.
- Analyze project performance and suggest improvements, ensuring teams adhere to project milestones and organizational standards.
Technical and Functional Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field with 6 to 10 years experience in a PMO role.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience using Jira, Asana and Airtable for project management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand and coordinate front-end development tasks and timelines.
- Experience managing or supporting CMS-related workflows (WordPress, Contentful, Sitecore, or similar).
- Proficient in risk management, stakeholder collaboration, and meeting facilitation
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
