PMO Objectives:Ensuring Monitoring and Control of Project Execution PerformanceCommunication of the project progress to all stakeholders has to be done at regular / pre defined intervalsConduct timely internal audits for the projects in transitionSingle POC for GRC team in executing External Audits for transition team and ensuring complianceSingle POC for GRC team in executing Internal Org level Audits for transition team and ensuring compliance Create and maintain monthly management reports with high level of accuracy and detailCurate ideas and implement automation in transition team - Streamline and Automate Processes and WorkflowsAdhoc work - Create training plans for new joiners, onboarding/off boarding plan for the teamMaintain all documents up to date for entire team (post onboarding/attrition) - PMO will be responsible for updating of repository for the templates, best practices, lessons learned from the previous project so that can be reused for the new projects

**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
