We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Analyst, Workforce Planning In this role you will, - Be an individual contributor role as part of Workforce Management Services Team. - Analyze data and drive actions to enable various workforce processes. - Relate to data and senior leadership reporting, come up regularly with insights that drive actions - Also have in depth understanding and on need basis support various workforce management related operational processes and sub-processes to streamline the end user experience. - Drive effective cross functional coordination, constructively challenge where required and ensure integrity at all times. - Build a strong relationship with business units, transformation Leads, HR, Vendor Account Managers and Partners for effective management of objectives. Work collaboratively with owners and stakeholders of other key work-streams - Automation of manual reports by providing timely requirements, testing and drive usage of workforce related reports among stakeholders - Identification of strategic and operational improvements opportunities for Workforce management and drive implementation To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Experience in workforce management/ operations management/ process rollout - Excellent analytical capabilities in terms of data and business processes - Effective and collaborative team player - System/ process design prior experience - Excellent MS Office (Excel, PPT predominantly) skills with in depth knowledge - Experience in interaction with leadership/ senior management on regular basis - 7 + years of professional experience, preferably in workforce/ operations/ data insights - Any graduate.
