Hiring: Senior Advanced Scheduling Specialist – Workforce Management (Remote)We are looking for a Senior Advanced Scheduling Specialist to play a key role in optimizing labor deployment and scheduling strategies across our Workforce Management (WFM) platforms (e.g., Dayforce, Kronos, etc.).This role contributes directly to workforce efficiency, operational performance, and labor cost optimization.📍 Location: Remote🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time💼 Experience: 5+ Years in Workforce/ Dayforce / WFM / Scheduling🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement advanced scheduling models tailored to business needs, including peak periods, holidays & compliance requirements.Configure, optimize, and maintain scheduling rules in WFM systems (Dayforce/Kronos or similar).Analyze historical workforce and operational data to recommend optimized labor models.Ensure compliance with local labor laws, union rules, and organizational policies.Create scheduling playbooks, process documentation, and training materials.Troubleshoot scheduling issues and support system upgrades/releases.Collaborate with HR, operations, IT, and business leaders to ensure smooth scheduling operations across retail regions.✅ Skills & Attributes for SuccessStrong analytical, data-driven problem-solving mindset.Ability to work in fast-paced retail or large workforce environments.Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.Proficiency with WFM scheduling tools (Dayforce/Kronos required).Knowledge of predictive forecasting, staffing optimization, and capacity planning models.🎓 Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business, HR, computer engineering, operations, or a related field (preferred).5+ years of hands-on experience in workforce scheduling/design within enterprise environments.Experience in retail or multi-location workforce environments is highly desirable.🌟 Why Join Us?Fully remote working flexibilityOpportunity to shape and influence enterprise workforce strategyCollaborative, growth-driven work cultureWork across global teams and large-scale environments📨 Interested or Know Someone Perfect for This?Apply or share profiles directly at ruchika@infospeedinc.com
