A dynamic sales management organization dedicated to delivering exceptional client value. We are seeking a proactive Sales Assistant to support the Sales Head, streamline sales processes, and drive efficiency across our sales operations.
𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆
As the Sales Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our sales support—maintaining MIS databases, managing leads, supporting telesales, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making. You'll ensure accurate reporting, smooth follow‑up, and contribute to sales growth initiatives under the guidance of the sales leadership.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
𝟭. 𝗠𝗜𝗦 & 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴
• Maintain and update our MIS system with current client and sales data.
• Generate timely performance reports: leads, conversions, sales volume, etc.
• Support data analysis to uncover trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
𝟮. 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 & 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
• Research and identify potential clients.
• Track and log leads from multiple channels; coordinate timely follow-ups.
• Maintain an organized prospects database with engagement history.
𝟯. 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁
• Make outbound calls to introduce services and schedule appointments.
• Follow up with leads to convert into sales-ready opportunities.
• Prepare and dispatch sales materials: proposals, presentations, etc.
𝟰. 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
• Partner with the sales team to understand client needs and propose solutions.
• Join strategy meetings and provide insights from tracked data.
• Help prepare forecasts and recommendations based on sales tracking.
𝟱. 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
• Help resolve minor client issues or escalate them when needed.
• Contribute to smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴?
• Degree: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Experience: 1‑2 years in sales support or admin roles (preferred)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; keen attention to detail
• Work Style: Self-motivated, able to multitask and prioritize; enthusiastic about sales
