Job Description Role Overview: As a Content Reviewer, you will be the quality guardian for our video sessions. You'll collaborate closely with the content development team to ensure all materials meet brand standards, maintain educational value, and resonate with our target audience. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will play a key role in delivering high-quality learning experiences. Responsibilities: - Content Review & Quality Assurance: Review video sessions to ensure accuracy, engagement, and alignment with quality benchmarks using a structured checklist. - Collaboration & Support: Work with Content Developers, providing constructive feedback to ensure content aligns with organizational goals and audience needs. - Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with review schedules, suggest improvements, and analyze feedback to refine the review process. - Content Approval: Finalize and approve reviewed content, ensuring it adheres to brand standards and effectively engages learners. Qualifications: - Any degree or final-year students with strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently. - Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). - Proficiency in Telugu (reading and understanding). Skills: - Strong focus and attention to detail in reviewing content. - Solid understanding of DSA concepts. - Ability to follow a detailed review checklist for consistent evaluation. - Good communication skills to convey clear and constructive feedback.
